About Autumn
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #19849)
Hi, I’m Autumn. I work with neurodivergent adults, parents, teens and children, offering a strength-based, client-centred approach that blends narrative therapy, expressive therapy and nature-inspired techniques. My focus is on helping clients clarify values, manage stress, explore identity and navigate challenges in ways that fit their brains, energy and life circumstances.

I believe therapy should be affirming, practical and a little creative - a place where your thoughts, experiences and concerns are seen without judgment, and where we focus on strategies that actually work for you.
I create spaces that honour neurodivergent thinking, build resilience and foster confidence in daily life. I also offer climate-aware therapy, helping clients of all ages process ecological anxiety and make values-aligned choices without overwhelm.
Whether we’re using storytelling, art, reflective exercises or metaphorical explorations, my goal is to help you develop skills that fit your unique mind and life. Think of it as growing resilience like moss or ferns: adaptable, flexible and quietly thriving even when life is busy or unpredictable.
I’m based in New Westminster, BC , and I work with clients online or in-person across British Columbia.
